WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?

Shipping for all items starts at $8.50. All Canadian, Alaska, and Hawaii Orders Shipping starts @ $15.00. We certainly do not mind shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and to Canada however the additional cost is not something that we can absorb. If you are using eBay auto check out please ensure that you reflect the correct shipping amount when you complete check out. Our options for check out are limited in eBay. If you fail to complete check out properly we will not ship your order until the correct check out process has been completed.

I have a catalog from you but I cannot find the item in the cart.

We may not have all the items in the catalog listed in the cart. We are striving to bring the cart up to speed as fast as we can. If there is an item that you have an interest in that is not listed in the cart please e-mail us and we will send you our price to you and shipping costs for the order.

OREDER PROCESSING PROCEDURES

We have implemented the following procedures for delivery of products.

Shopping Cart orders are proccessed as they are received.

AUCTION ORDERS:

Auction payments due within five (5 ) business days. Please allow time for check to clear (14 days) prior to expecting shipment.

We are presently experiencing a 3-4 week time frame for delivery . All orders are shipped by ground . Rush delivery is available upon request. All orders are insured when shipped for the full amount.

We process all winning auction bids each Friday at 9AM. If your auction has closed and we have received payment by close of business on Thursday of the week that the auction closes your order will be processed. If we do not receive payment by close of business on Thursday the order will be processed the following Friday at 9AM. Shopping Cart orders are processed as they are recieved.

If you choose to pay via PayPal please add a week to shipping time as it takes PayPal a 4-5 days to transfer your money to us even though they take it from you immediately. If you pay by check or money order please allow 14 additional days to expected shipping to allow for the check to clear. In any case we do not process winning auction bids until we have received payment. We do have the ability to accept credit cards and will be most happy to conclude this transaction via e-mail or over the telephone permitting us to accomplish delivery within 3-4 weeks.
