JAX Computers offers an auction management program that allows you the freedom of posting in the various on line auctions. We have found that E-Commerce clients that keep listings in eBay, Ubid, Yahoo, etc… enjoy a much higher percentage of sales from their web sites than those clients who do not develop auction listings. We assist you in registering if need be, posting listings and keeping your listings updated.

We develop a secure form for receiving payments that is tied into your e-merchant account and which sends you the results automatically depositing the funds to the account of your choice. You may elect to use your present merchant account (providing they offer electronic processing) or we can suggest a reliable independent service for you.

We create a special E-mail account specifically for auction related correspondence. This allows you to keep your auction mail separate from your normal mail, which is a good idea. Auctions tend to generate a lot of questions, which offer even more opportunities for your business to make a sale.

You select the products you wish to place on auction, answer the questions interested parties may have, fill the orders as they come in, update the feedback area as you fill the orders, and pay the listing and final auction fees as required. If you elect not to do the posting in house we will be happy to manage the postings for you. We charge $2.00 per listing for manual auctions and $1.25 per item for automated auctions. These fees would be in addition to any posting or other final auction fees. We will train you or one of your staff to manage auctions as well.
