JLA Associates presents our service agreement, operating procedures and fee schedule. This page is updated periodically. JLA Associates reserves the right to modify these operating rules and service procedures at any time.
JLA Associates normal business hours are 7AM-5PM Monday through Friday and 8AM-3PM Saturdays. We are available by appointment only. We are available before & after hours during the week and on Saturdays & Sundays if need be on an as needed basis. We come to you when it is convenient for you.
We accept all major credit cards on an auto-payment agreement or you may pay by check one year in advance.
Service fees are due 30 days in advance.
Maintenance and update fees are due upon completion of work and will be billed when completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Private instruction in your home or office is a minimum of two hours at a time.
If you make an appointment with us and fail to keep it we bill you for two hours time.
Payments not received by the third business day of any given month will result in a $35.00 late fee for the first day and $5.00 per day for each subsequent day your account is not current. Accounts that are not current by the 5th day of the month will be removed from the web until such time as the site becomes current. All late fees and the $35.00 reinstatement fee will be applied and must be paid before the site will be reinstated.
Service agreements must be canceled in writing 60 days in advance.
We finance sites at 18% annual interest.
We prosecute credit card fraud to the fullest extent of the law.
A deposit is required for all new work. Deposits are non-refundable.
For the purposes of page design a single page is defined as up to 25K of data and material including text, graphics, sound and code. This ensures fast loading and proper display of each individual page.
All materials and content for the individual site is the responsibility of the site owner. All materials for each site must be presented to JAX Computers within 15 days of start date of site unless otherwise specified in writing.
Completion dates are established at time of assignment of work.
